Every Revical engagement runs on the same four-phase build, in the same order, every time. Not because we're rigid — because skipping a stage is the single most common reason outbound campaigns fail before they start.
Phase 1: Audit & Blueprint (Days 1–5)
Before any domain gets touched, we align on your ICP, audit your existing stack, and build a detailed activation plan. This is also where we make the calls that most agencies skip — like which segments to exclude. In our e-commerce case study, deliberately excluding early-stage brands and enforcing revenue thresholds was the single biggest driver of reply quality later on.
Phase 2: Build & Integrate (Days 5–18)
This is the phase people most want to rush, and the one that punishes rushing hardest. Dedicated sending domains get set up, fully authenticated with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, then warmed gradually — sending and replying within a private network before they ever touch a real prospect.
We track deliverability and blacklist status daily through this phase. It's slower than firing off cold volume on day one — and it's the reason campaigns built this way don't collapse after week two.
Phase 3: Launch & Capture (Days 14–21)
With infrastructure live, we build the enriched, intent-qualified lead list and launch sequences in controlled batches — never full volume on day one. Our construction cold-calling case study is a good example of what "controlled" produces: a 45.83% positive reply rate on the first campaign, because targeting was narrow from the start.
Phase 4: Optimize & Scale (Ongoing)
Once a system is live, the work shifts to weekly testing — subject lines, angles, targeting — against a live dashboard tracking deliverability, reply rate, and booked meetings. This phase doesn't really end; it's what keeps a system's numbers from decaying the way a static campaign's do.
Why the order matters
Every phase before it makes the next one work. Skip the audit and you target the wrong people efficiently. Skip warm-up and you burn a domain before it's earned trust. Skip controlled launch and you can't tell what's actually working before you've scaled it. The order isn't process for its own sake — it's what the real numbers are built on.
